By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to clearly outline how we operate, protect both parties, and ensure a smooth production process.

1. GENERAL USE

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You have the authority to place orders and make purchases

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information

2. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PRODUCTION

All products produced by Top Speed Graphics are custom-made to order unless otherwise stated.

Because of the custom nature of our work:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Changes may not be possible after approval or production start

3. PROOF APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.

By approving a proof, you accept:

  • Layout

  • Spelling

  • Sizing

  • Colors

Top Speed Graphics is not responsible for errors that were approved in final proofs.

4. ARTWORK & FILE RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that:

  • You have full rights or permission to use the content

  • You are authorized to reproduce the material

Top Speed Graphics is not responsible for verifying ownership or permissions and is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations.

5. COLORS & PRINT VARIATION

Due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or previous orders

  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon

6. TURNAROUND TIMES

All turnaround times are estimates only.

Production timelines may vary based on:

  • Project scope

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

We do not guarantee specific completion or delivery dates unless agreed upon in writing.

7. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Top Speed Graphics

  • Full or partial payment may be required before production begins

  • Once an order is approved and in production, it cannot be canceled

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors

  • Risk transfers to the customer once items are handed to the carrier

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Top Speed Graphics is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Customer-approved errors

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR PRICING

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing

  • Update services

  • Discontinue products

At any time without prior notice.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

12. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
