RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

• All payments for custom orders, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable.

• This policy ensures we can cover the costs of custom materials, design, and production time dedicated to your project.


2. Custom Material Orders

• Materials ordered specifically for your project cannot be refunded or reused.

• Once materials are ordered or production begins, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.


3. Commitment to Quality and Fixes

• We are committed to delivering the best possible results. If any issues arise due to environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures affecting adhesion), unforeseen conditions, or production errors, we will work with you to resolve them.

• Any necessary fixes will be discussed with you and handled in a timely manner. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.


4. Project Risks and Limitations

• Some conditions, such as weather or site-specific challenges, may impact the success of your project.

• We will communicate these risks upfront and make every effort to minimize their impact. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge these potential limitations.
